From most of the generally offhand comments from doctor and Therapists, it seems likely that I will be in braces for months. Luckily that does not seem to mean that I will be here for that long. Appears that, if my improvement continues apace and we get a few mods done at home, then I could go home in a couple weeks.
We are blessed to have friends in construction, so the ramps and the conversion of a tub bath to a walk in shower should occur next week. Those will make the house accessible.

With those things I look forward to being back in my own abode.
