Simple things make life improvement. After getting my staples out and my new braces and boot, it became possible to remove the braces and boot and have … a shower. I still don’t have mobility on my own, so it was a full fledged production number involving two therapists, a wheelchair and bench, and a number of assistive devices, but it happened and it felt really good.
Now I need to get to where it is a simpler process.
