When I was first in the rehab at The Laurels, I needed something more substantial than a hospital gown. My first thougth was a nightshirt, because it had to fit over the braces on my legs and the boot on my right foot. What Mary found were these giant stretchy shorts. It has been a while since I posted. Not because nothing has happened but mainly I was waiting for something BIG to happen. And that hasn’t quite happened yet. But I have some time, so maybe I will write a little. First, I did have my surgeon appointment (two weeks ago). He said everything was looking good. I managed to get some pictures of my x-rays. Today the Church participated in its second Stop Hunger Now event. I was of no help but Mary and her friend Deb Parks participated in packaging of 11,000 meals while I rolled around and snapped pics.
